Andre Switzer, owner of Broadcast Test and Tag, is fully licensed (AS3760) as a practitioner, trainer and assessor (ATTA certificate number 2594). He also holds a Certificate IV in training and assessment and has taught at various institutions in film, television and electrical compliance.
